A320-200 AOG Engine Change and Maintenance Management

MLAS Inc. has been selected to provide maintenance and management expertise to oversee the removal and installation of an unserviceable engine for an Asian operator. The aircraft was diverted to China upon engine failure. MLAS Inc. has managed the project for the client to include maintenance, customs and transportation issues and will oversee the project through testing and re-delivery.
B737-300 Heavy Maintenance and Project Management

MLAS Inc. has again been chosen to oversee the heavy maintenance and act as project management coordinators for 737-300 maintenance in Asia. Maintenance will be performed in Kuala Lumpur and be managed by our regional consultants from Vietnam.
CRJ900 Pre-Purchase Physical Inspections and Records Audits

MLAS Inc. has again been contracted by a private equity fund manager to perform the physical inspections and records audits of four CRJ900 aircraft which are part of a sale / lease transaction. Upon successful transaction, the aircraft will continue operations in the USA with the current operator.

MLAS Inc. has been contracted to perform the records due diligence inspection of a DC9-83 (MD-83). Upon successful transaction the aircraft will undergo heavy maintenance in the US and then be exported to Turkey.

MLAS Inc. was contracted to supply the ferry services and relocate a B737-36N aircraft from Istanbul, Turkey to Halim, Indonesia where the aircraft will be operated by TRI-MG Airlines. MLAS Inc. assisted the new operator and owners with the aircraft certification and export requirements in addition to providing crew, fuel, routing, overflight permits and logistics for the movement.

CFM56-3C1 Sale

MLAS Inc. brokered and managed the successful purchase of a former Lufthansa CFM56-3C1 powerplant for one of our lessor clients located in European Union. MLAS Inc. performed the physical and historical records inspection of the engines as well as arranged for shipping stand and freight handling of the asset.
ERJ135 / 145 Inspections

MLAS Inc. managed the pre-purchase inspections and historical records audits of eighteen Embraer ERJ135 / 145 aircraft for a private equity group based in the United Kingdom. The aircraft are currently on operating leases. The inspections were performed in India, South Africa, Mexico and the United States confirming the MLAS commitment to the global marketplace.
