  • 18 January 2016, A320-200 AOG Engine Change and Maintenance Management: MLAS Inc. has been selected to provide maintenance and management expertise to oversee the removal and installation of an unserviceable engine for an Asian operator. The aircraft was diverted to China upon engine failure. MLAS Inc. has managed the project for the client to include maintenance, customs and transportation issues and will oversee the project through testing and re-delivery.

  • 10 January 2016, B737-300 Heavy Maintenance and Project Management: MLAS Inc. has again been chosen to oversee the heavy maintenance and act as project management coordinators for 737-300 maintenance in Asia. Maintenance will be performed in Kuala Lumpur and be managed by our regional consultants from Vietnam.

  • 10 December 2015, CRJ900 Pre-Purchase Physical Inspections and Records Audits: MLAS Inc. has again been contracted by a private equity fund manager to perform the physical inspections and records audits of four CRJ900 aircraft which are part of a sale / lease transaction. Upon successful transaction, the aircraft will continue operations in the USA with the current operator.

  • 01 December 2015, Air Canada and MLAS Inc. extend current services agreement for 2016 whereas MLAS Inc. will continue to support Air Canada with project management and aviation technical services for ongoing re-delivery and lease termination requirements. MLAS Inc. is pleased to have Air Canada as one of our long-term partners.

  • 28 November 2015; B737-300F Physical Inspection and Sale Assistance: MLAS Inc. has been contracted by an international lease group to assist with the physical inspection and sale of one B737-300F. The aircraft is located in Asia and will continue operations with the current operator post successful sale transaction.

  • 27 November 2015, E190 Physical Inspections and Records Audits: MLAS Inc. has again been chosen by jetBlue Airways to perform the head lease physical inspections and records audits of four ERJ190 IGW aircraft for FINAME.

  • 02 November 2015, DC9-83 Records Audit: MLAS Inc. has been contracted to perform the records due diligence inspection of a DC9-83 (MD-83). Upon successful transaction the aircraft will undergo heavy maintenance in the US and then be exported to Turkey.

  • 02 November 2015, Q400 Pre-Purchase Physical Inspections and Records Audits: MLAS Inc. has been retained by a private fund equity manager to perform the physical inspections and records audits of four Q400 aircraft which are part of a sale / lease transaction.

  • 31 October 2015, ERJ145 Airworthiness Certificate: MLAS Inc. provides the project management services for the delivery and return of the third of five ERJ145 to the USA from Mexico. Our services include the application for and issuance of the Standard Airworthiness Certificate.

  • 26 October 2015, ERJ145 Pre-Purchase Physical Inspections and Records Audits: MLAS Inc. has been retained by an existing client to perform pre-purchase physical inspections and records audit of five ERJ145LR aircraft being sold as part of the ECC portfolio. This work is to be performed in Mexico City and Monterrey, Mexico

  • 15 September 2015, ERJ135 Maintenance Project Management and Delivery: MLAS Inc. was selected to manage the maintenance and delivery of an ERJ135 aircraft for our international client to a charter operator in the US. Once maintenance and delivery is completed the aircraft will be utilized in an on demand AD HOC capacity for charter operations based at KDFW.

  • 10 August 2015, ATR72 Physical Inspection and Repossession Assistance: MLAS Inc. is contracted to assist with an ATR72 physical inspection and audit in Myanmar to determine feasibility of removing the aircraft from current storage facility and moving to MRO and assist with sale of asset.

  • 30 July 2015, B747-4F6 Check Management and Delivery: MLAS Inc. manages the maintenance and bridging check for the first of two B747-400 aircraft being delivered to a South African customer with the check and delivery of the second aircraft scheduled for the third quarter of 2015.

  • 23 July 2015, ERJ145 Airworthiness Certificate: MLAS Inc. provides the project management services for the delivery and return of a second ERJ145 to the USA from Mexico. Our services include the application for and issuance of the Standard Airworthiness Certificate.

  • 20 July 2015, ERJ145 End Of Lease Return: MLAS Inc. was contracted to manage the re-delivery of an ERJ145 currently operated by NAC South Africa. Return check included paint and heavy check. At lease termination the aircraft was placed into storage under a care and maintenance program.

  •  05 July 2015, MCAP Americas and MLAS Inc. extend current services agreement whereas MLAS Inc. will continue to support MCAP with project management and aviation technical services for ongoing re-delivery and lease termination requirements. MLAS Inc. is pleased to continue our relationship with MCAP Americas as one of our long term partners.

  • 05 June 2015, B737-36N Ferry: MLAS Inc. was contracted to supply the ferry services and relocate a  B737-36N aircraft from Istanbul, Turkey to Halim, Indonesia where the aircraft will be operated by TRI-MG Airlines. MLAS Inc. assisted the new operator and owners with the aircraft certification and export requirements in addition to providing crew, fuel, routing, overflight permits and logistics for the movement.

  • 04 June 2015, ERJ145 Airworthiness Certificate: MLAS Inc. provides project management for the delivery and return of an ERJ145 to the USA to include application for and issuance of the Standard Airworthiness Certificate. A total of five aircraft will be included in this project.

  • 20 April 2015, SGI Aviation, B.V. Netherlands and MLAS Inc. sign technical services agreement for North America. Under the terms of the new two year agreement, MLAS will provide aviation technical support and consulting services for the SGI managed aircraft and engine portfolio operated in North America.

  • 01 February 2015,  A320-211 Inspection and Sale: MLAS Inc. arranged the due diligence inspection and sale of an A320-211 aircraft for a private seller. The asset had been previously managed by the MLAS Inc. team during heavy maintenance and delivery to the current operator.

  • 13 January 2015,  CRJ200 Lease Termination and Delivery: MLAS Inc. is pleased to announce the successful re-delivery of three former Comair CRJ200 aircraft managed by Delta Airlines and Delta Connection. These aircraft are returned to Bank of America through their asset management team at GA Telesis.

  • 01 December 2014, CFM56-3C1 Sale: MLAS Inc. brokered and managed the successful purchase of a former Lufthansa CFM56-3C1 powerplant for one of our lessor clients located in European Union. MLAS Inc. performed the physical and historical records inspection of the engines as well as arranged for shipping stand and freight handling of the asset.

  • 30 November 2014, ERJ135 / 145 Inspections: MLAS Inc. managed the pre-purchase inspections and historical records audits of eighteen Embraer ERJ135 / 145 aircraft for a private equity group based in the United Kingdom. The aircraft are currently on operating leases.  The inspections were performed in India, South Africa, Mexico and the United States confirming the MLAS commitment to the global marketplace.

  • 27 September 2014, B737-36N Cargo Conversion and Ferry: MLAS Inc. Has completed the management of a B737-36N Cargo Conversion for PBL UK. Upon successful completion of the modification, MLAS Inc. was contracted to supply the ferry services and relocate the aircraft from COOPESA San Jose, Costa Rica to Halim, Indonesia where the aircraft will be operated by TRI-MG Airlines. MLAS Inc. provided the aircraft certification and export requirements in addition to fuel, routing, overflight permits and crew to make this a successful operation.

  • 29 August 2014, A320-232 Delivery to SkyWings Airlines Cambodia for Plane Business Leasing: MLAS Inc. is excited to announce the delivery of an A320-232 aircraft today to SkyWings Airlines.  MLAS inc. personnel managed the heavy maintenance visit as well as component repair and supply. This aircraft marks the third successful aircraft deliver by MLAS Inc. for PBL.

  • 30 May 2014, CRJ200 Sales and Delivery: MLAS Inc. provides project management aircraft delivery services for 20 former Comair CRJ200 aircraft being delivered to CemAir South Africa for Delta Airlines and Delta Connection.

  • 29 April 2014, CRJ200 Return to Delta Air Lines by ExpressJet: MLAS Inc. is pleased to announce the successful re-delivery of another CRJ200 aircraft previously on lease to ExpressJet from Delta Airlines. MLAS Inc. has managed the delivery of seven aircraft this year for Delta at the Atlanta facility.

  • 29 April 2014, A320-211 Delivery to Avion Express Lithuania for Plane Business Leasing: MLAS Inc. is honored to announce delivery of an A320-211 aircraft today to Avion Express of Lithuania for PBL UK. Aircraft will be operated for Thomas Cook UK. This aircraft marks the second successful deliver by MLAS Inc. for PBL.

  • 13 April 2014, B737-36N Heavy Maintenance Visit and Ferry: MLAS Inc. Has completed management of a B737-36N heavy maintenance service check for PBL UK. Upon successful completion of the maintenance visit MLAS Inc. was contracted to supply the ferry services to relocate the aircraft to COOPESA located in San Jose, Costa Rica where the aircraft will undergo a cargo conversion which is also managed by our team.   • 15 April 2014, B737-800 Factory Delivery from Boeing to Jetairfly with Sale / Lease Back: MLAS Inc. is pleased to announce another successful new aircraft delivery from the Boeing facility at Boeing Field Seattle, WA. MLAS Inc. was again selected to perform the pre-delivery aircraft inspection and data review prior to delivery to Jetairfly and in turn assist with the purchase and lease back of the aircraft to the operator for our Japanese client.

  • 2 April 2014, A320-211 Heavy Check and Delivery to SKYWINGS Airlines Cambodia for Plane Business Leasing: MLAS Inc. Is pleased to announce the agreement with PBL UK to oversee and manage an A320 heavy maintenance service for an A320-211 aircraft to be delivered to SKYWINGS Airlines Cambodia. The aircraft heavy check will be completed at the VAECO facility located in Hanoi, North Vietnam.

  • 13 March 2014, B737-800 Factory Delivery from Boeing to TUI Nordic with Sale / Lease Back: MLAS Inc. is pleased to announce the successful new aircraft delivery from the Boeing facility at Boeing Field Seattle, WA. MLAS Inc. was selected to perform the pre-delivery aircraft inspection and data review prior to delivery to TUI Nordic and in turn assist with the purchase and lease back of the aircraft to the operator for our Japanese client.
